REPLACEMENT POLICY:

  • If you receive a product that is damaged in shipping, defective or that is not the product you ordered, please return it to STYLISHYA and we’ll arrange for a replacement. But there are some conditions applicable. 

    • If the product is defected, inform the “Customer Service Department (support@stylishya.com)” or you can directly text us on our facebook page as soon as possible (24 hours maximum) along with a picture of the defective part of the product and return it instantly. (Inside Dhaka)
    • If the product is damaged, it must be informed immediately after receiving the product (24 hours maximum) and returned within 3 days from the day the product has been received. (Outside Dhaka)
    • Used or Swatched product will not be considered for exchange or refund.
    • If the customer chooses or places an order by themselves and want to return/change the product (except damaged products) the request will not be accepted.
    • Original Invoice must be returned along with the product.
    • In case of unavailability of the certain product, we shall provide a similar product of equivalent price of customer’s choice (in case of defective product ). 
    • Products such as Bags and Jewellery (anything except clotings) must be checked in presence of the delivery man and if found defective return immediately (any delay in return request will not be accepted) .
    • In case of failed to receive the product the advance delivery payment shall not be returned.   

     Verification:

    Once we receive your returned product, the product will be forwarded to the Product Development and Inspection Department. It will take 1 business day to verify the issue and after verification, if it is found that the claim is valid, then the product will be exchanged as early as possible.

    If the claim is not valid then STYLISHYA will not be liable to exchange the product.
